Payment Information 缴费须知
•All fee must be paid for in advance.
学费当于开课前或开课当天缴交。
•Ballet Pro will charge an extra administration fee of RMB 300, if student cannot pay the tuition in 14 days after the class begins.
若于课程开始两周内未能缴齐全额学费,Ballet Pro将额外收取人民币300元整作为行政费用。
•Ballet Pro collects tuition annually. If students need to pay the fee by class or by term, Ballet Pro will charge an extra 30% of the sum of the fee that should be paid as administration fee.
Ballet Pro的学费是以年度方式缴交的。 若有需要以半年或其他形式缴交学费者, Ballet Pro将额外收取相当于当时应交纳学费的30％作为行政费用。
•Deposit and tuition are non refundable due to all personal reasons for the student, except serious sickness and injury that cause the student to not be able to participate in the dance program. Ballet Pro only return 70% of the deposit and tuition of the academic year to the student if the student provides official medical certification which prove that they are not able to dance.
若因学员个人的原故（重大疾病除外）而取消课程，所缴交之学费及留位费是一概不退还的。
如学员因重大疾病之原故而取消该学年之课程并申请退还该学年已交纳的费用, 学员必须递交由三级甲等医院所开具的医学证明及相关凭证至Ballet Pro，经Ballet Pro核实通过后，Ballet Pro将退还该学员该学年已交纳的费用的70%。
• Ballet Pro reserves the right: 1) to cancel courses if the number of application falls below the requisite minimum. 2) to change the time of course and 3) to change course instructors if necessary.
Ballet Pro 有权取消报名人数未乎理想之课程，或于必要时更改导师，上课时间及地点。
• Please come to class according to the date and time posted on the timetable. If there are any changes, students will be notice by Ballet Pro, but Ballet Pro will not accept any application of withdrawal of these reasons.
请按照课程时间表所刊登之日期及时间上课。如有更改，Ballet Pro将以第一时间通知各学员. 但不会接受因导师,场地,时间变更而退费的申请.
• Payments for services may be made in cash or union pay only.
只接受现金或银联刷卡支付学费。
• Places for the free trail classes are limited, please reserve your place in advance. No walk-ins are accepted.

Class Rules 上课须知
Attendance 出席
Good attendance is absolutely essential for effective learning. However, to avoid infecting other dancers, sick children should not be brought to class. School and family events will also be counted as excused absences. Please contact your class teacher if you are going to be absent.
准时参加学习是保证学习效果的必须条件之一。然而，为了避免感染其他舞者，生病的孩子，也不应该带病上课。学校和家庭的活动将被视作缺席。 如果你将要缺席，请通过电话或电子邮件联系该班负责老师。
Tardiness 迟到
Children are expected to arrive and be ready to dance by the time class begins. Please note that students who are more than 10 minutes late may be asked to sit and observe class that day. Ballet Pro firmly believes that students who are not warmed up properly should not dance, as they are more prone to injury. If you know you are going to be late, please contact your class teacher.
迟到10分鐘以上的学生可能被要求坐下来旁聽當天課程。学生未經熱身而直接開始上課程將容易導致身體受傷。如果你認為自己將要迟到,请通过电话或电子邮件联系该班负责老師。
Make up class 补课
Student has right to have two 20-minute to 45-minute make up classes for each semester due to the absence.
我们的补课是以集体补课形式进行, 具体补课时间由该班老师自行设定, 所有缺席的学员每学期最多有二次不少于20分钟的补课权利
Dress Code 着装
Proper dance attire is important and will be enforced. Jewelry is not allowed for any classes (earrings that do not fall below the earlobe are allowed). Hair must be neatly secured off of face.
请穿着正确的舞蹈裝著。上课时不允许佩帶首飾（耳环，不低于耳垂是允许的）。髮型請勿遮擋臉部
Student/Parents Expectations 学生/家长的期望:
•Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts
请提前十五分钟到达教室,做好课前准备工作
•Please do not enter the studio without being invited by your instructor.
未经老师允许学员请不要进入舞蹈教室
•Students must ask permission before leaving classroom.

•No food allowed except drinking water

•No toys allowed except requested by class teacher

•One parent/guidance is allowed to enter the classroom if student is under five years old.

•Please keep quite during the class. No photo, sound and video recording is allowed. Please switch your mobile phone into silent mode and answer your call out of the classroom.
上课过程中,请家长保持绝对安静, 请勿摄影摄像或录音 请将手机调至静音, 请勿在教室内接听电话
•Follow and respect the studio's rules and regulations.
遵循和尊重舞蹈教室的条例与规定
